Great spot! Benoath Cove is a small, sandy beach located near Tintagel, Cornwall. It is accessible from Bossiney Cove at low tide by following the sands around the headland or via a steep access path. At high tide, the beach disappears except for a few rocky ledges, and there are caves and rocky pools to explore. Swimming is possible on a rising tide, but care should be exercised due to strong currents!
